What data do we collect and why
Enquiry and application forms
If you submit a form on this site to apply for a course, apply for a job, or contact us we collect the information you provide (name, email address, and any other details you include). We use this only for the purpose you submitted it.
AI chat assistant
The IH AI chat assistant is available to help you find the right course or answer questions about teaching jobs. Any information you share in a conversation with the assistant is used only to respond to your query. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent. Your explicit consent is captured before the AI processes any personal data.
Website usage
We collect IP addresses and page visit data through cookies when you visit this site. See the cookies section below.

Course applications:
Up to 24 months

Who we share your data with
We share your data with IH-affiliated schools when you apply through this site. We also work with third-party technology providers (including Zoho for email and CRM) who process data on our behalf under contract.
We may share email addresses with Google or Meta for marketing purposes. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Your rights
