Before you enroll
Take the time to confirm that the course is right for you.
Check that you meet the entry requirements, that the course format suits your schedule, and that you understand what the course involves. If you have questions, contact the school or us directly before booking.
Payment
All final payment arrangements are made directly with the school you are booking with.
Payment conditions, instalment options, and any deposits required will be communicated by the school after your application is accepted.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions vary by school and are set by the individual training centre.
Check these conditions carefully before you confirm your place. If you withdraw after enrolment, you may not receive a full refund.
Some centres may cancel a course if minimum enrolment numbers aren’t reached. If this happens, you will receive a full refund of the course fees paid. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
We recommend confirming your course is running before booking travel or accommodation.
